The white are as callous as the Boko Haram and ISIS. Just look at how they have killed a black Man. Tomorrow if the Blacks around the world turn and start killing the white they will label them terrorist. One should also look at the history of the whites with the Arabs. It will be clear that the whites brought terrorism upon themselves and now they expect the world to share out of their stupid repercussion.

if a police man wants to arrest you, do not resist or argue
just go with them to the station.

It was still unjustified and therefore should have been considered homicide - perhaps manslaughter. That lack of criminal intent argument is nothing but weasel words.
