I dont blame sister s that rock different artificial hairdo cause its not easy to maintain African hair if you do noot have money and the right products.  Personally I hate artificial hair but I understand why some ladies wear it instead of going natural. And the reason is not because of insecurity.

You obviously do not know a lot about Afro hair. I have not plait my hair since i cut off my processed hair a year ago and went natural. My hair is healthier than every person with a perm. You just need to know whats good for it and also it depends on genes as well as hair growth is genetic but can be influence by some environmental factors. Fact is you just need to know how to care for your hair, period!
