What is wrong with these pictures?....

CHINESE THIEVES IN ACTION...
The First picture was about a stolen bicycle but the thieves had pity on the owner and left a tyre to console the bicycle owner

The Second picture is about a car, the thieves only stole the four tyres and left the car for owner out of pity.

The third picture is about the Police officer in-charge of the theft cases.
