igboh...until you know the after effect of koskorine or cannabbis mollalapas you'll never hunger for food integrated with igboh.it makes the food sweeter but afterwards makes life bitter.

[Ingredients:]

First and Foremost..Afia Efere is an Efik/Ibibio soup prepared without palm oil or vegetable oil. And it is one of the most popular delicacies in the South-South part of Nigeria.
Ingredients:Goat/beef/chicken meatMedium dry/smoked fish,Stock fish,Piece of fresh okro,Ground crayfish,Pounded yam (moulded into small balls) Chopped fresh chillies (Shonbo) or dry pepper I uyayak pod (tetrapleura)- Break the pod into small pieces..and meat stock..

Wash and cook the stock fish...Cut the meat/beef into small even pieces, wash thoroughly with water, season with condiments and cook for about 30 minutes or until the meat is softened.(NOTE:SALT TO TASTE) Then add the other ingredients into the pot of meat.
Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes
Drop some of the pounded balls into the soup to thicken it.
Seasoning again and cook for 3-5 minutes..

SERVE WITH POUNDED YAM..

Oya FOOD IS READY!!!
