Mr Samuel Jinadu, the spokesman of the command, who also paraded six other suspects, said they belonged to two robbery gangs operating in Lagos and its environs.
He said the woman belonged to a five-man robbery syndicate operating in different parts of the country.
The spokesman said that she was arrested at Mile 2 while attempting to take the guns to Koko in Delta.
Jinadu said a motorcyclist, who brought her to the Mile 2 Motor Park, told drivers at the park that he was suspicious of the content of the woman’s bag.
“When the drivers searched the big bag, they discovered the three guns and ammunition. Under interrogation, she claimed that her boyfriend, now at large, gave them to her to transport to Delta.
