I agree............improper management is our problem here

Well, d truth is dat EVERYTHING in this country is affected by improper management, even governanace
There doesnt seem to be anything dat works in this country, even the GSM we pay through the nose for, we only get shoddy services

Thank God some place can still celebrate one or two day without power failure....... In our own place, candle and martch is our father and mother.......
We only see poles and transforma but not light.
