I think God allow evil to continue since humans are free moral beings, but don't approve of it. Apostle Paul say that we do wrestle against blood and flesh, against principalities and powers and there is is an invisible ruler of darkness. so our chooses is what give room to evil. God did not create it but the chooses of the falling angel and that o f have give room to the monster called 'Evil.'
